If Profile Manager is unable to push profiles to devices, please check the following items:
OS X Server:

Check Profile Manager
- Device Management must be enabled
- It is highly recommended that you "Sign configuration profiles"
- Apple push notifications must be enabled in (Server Name) -> "Settings"
iBoss:
- The server's hostname should be added as an allowed URL.
- Under "Network" -> "Internet Connection" make sure that the server listed as the Primary DNS includes an entry for the server. If you do not have control of the Primary DNS Server, please change the Primary DNS to an internal DNS server.
In some cases, the SonicWALL may not have been configured to allow traffic from outside the network, to do this, please follow the Solutions titled:
- "Setup iBoss Proxy External Access"
- "Setup OS X Server Mobile Device Management Access"
