Open Apple Remote Desktop (ARD).
In the lefthand sidebar, select Scanner.
In the right hand pane, click on the drop down and choose "Network Address."
In the "IP address or DNS name" field, type in the hostname of the server.
Press enter.
When the device appears below the scanner search fields, drag and drop the device into "All Computers" in the lefthand sidebar.
In the window that pops up, type in the admin username and password for the server.
(If you do not know your server credentials, please submit a detailed support ticket.)
Click Add.
If it was added successfully it will now have a blue dot next to it.
Click on the device, and click "Control" in the toolbar.
When it connects, it may ask for a username and password again.
Enter the admin username and password.
