Most MacBooks will have the Serial Number in small print on the bottom

cover. If you have difficulty reading or finding it, you may also find it within

the operating system.

Click on the  symbol in the upper left corner of the screen,

then select About This Mac.

Your Serial Number will be displayed in the window that opens onscreen.
